Our mission is to challenge negative perceptions in workplaces and educational settings, enabling us to strengthen safeguarding, support mental wellbeing and enhance governance for individuals striving to achieve more.
We recognise that everyone can experience moments of psychological vulnerability. As humans, we are all fallible and sometimes need the support of others in a safe, trusted space where we can speak freely without fear of judgement. At Triangulation, our “Connection before Correction” approach fosters positive, supportive relationships. This policy enables our staff, professionals, parents/carers, and children to work together to build meaningful connections that encourage growth and well-being.
